4 servings Quaker Oats?1 can drained raspberries1/2 can sweetened condensed milk or    fat free sweetened condensed skim milk
Add raspberries and sweetened condensed milk to hot prepared oats.

Muesli
1 cup bran flakes1 1/2 cups corn flakes1/2 cup quick-cooking oats1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup sliced almonds1 teaspoon cinnamon1/3 cup apple juice concentrate, thawed
Mix all ingredients (substitute your favorites). Spread on large baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees F for 20 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned. Cool.
Store in airtight container.
