  2. To prepare this recipe, take a large bowl and add the mutton pieces in it. Then, add 1 tbsp of refined oil, 1 tbsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp of red chilli powder, and salt and mix them together. Let the mixture marinate for a while.

  4. Now, take a food processor, and add 3 cardamoms, 1 tbsp of cumin, 1 tbsp coriander, 1 tbsp pepper, and 5-6 cloves of garlic. Grind them together and set aside.

  6. Next, grind a handful of coriander along with 6 green chillies, 8-9 cloves of garlic, ginger, along with 2 tbsp of oil and salt.

  8. Take a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add chopped onions and fry them. Then, add the grounder powders you prepared into it along with a little water.

  10. Cook till the oil begins to separate from the masala, and then, add the marinated mutton. Saute the mixture and add water to cover and salt to taste.
